I called corporate office due to a complaint at this IHOP. Well the manager called me and told me she would take care of me and my wife on our next visit. We went back in the very next day to get our replacement meals. Well the manager wanted to charge me $26 for one of the meals. I told her it's not right that I have to pay for even one meal when your employee messed up on both of our orders yesterday. We'll the manager ended up giving our replacement meals. Drinks were quick but the order took well over an hour to get to us after ordering. Very slow on everything. Restaurant was not even half full so I'm not sure what took so long. It was rough.

I have always liked I Hop. Now I absolutely love it. The menu is off the charts. I really had a tough time deciding between the strawberry banana pancakes or the breakfast t-bone.
