I ordered a pizza online to be picked up. When I got there 15 minutes later, my pizza order was no where to be found. Not only did they have no idea where it was or what to do about it, but they then assumed I was at the wrong location so the attitude among them all was "it's your fault nothing we can do" so I went back to my car to retrieve my phone and showed them the email. Crazy enough they found it right after.Anyway. Papa johns still remains my favorite pizza joint regardless of staff and locations.Delivery is always great (and worth just paying the fee)
They need to take a trip to domino’s and see how a business is run. Miserable attitudes !

I ordered carryout this evening and I have to say. I left the store with a WOW. What great customer service by all of the employees in the building tonight. They went above and beyond to take care of me. It was awesome to get this type of customer service. What was even as equal was my pizza tasted great. Great Job to the Team on Congress St.

Their online site stated they were open until midnight. I placed an order on their app at around 11:30 for pick up and when I got there I was told that they don't take carryout orders after 11:00 PM. I have a hold on my debit card now that will take up to 3 days to clear because of this. Not blaming employees. Upper management is more and more doing this. Sorry for the employees, but this is why I go to local businesses more often now.

Every time I have, the order arrived on time and in perfect condition.We usually order the epic stuffed crust with chicken. I’ve had zero complaints about the quality and taste of the pizza. They taste great every time!Also, the delivery drivers are also very friendly and make me feel like a valued customer.Highly recommended!

Quick and clean. I was on my way to the hospital to meet up with my boyfriend, and hadn't eaten anything that day and I was hesitant to stop, because I figured it would take much longer, but I was out the door in 15 min flat, and had a warm meal for my tummy! Thank you!Parking: Very small parking lot, so I didn't have too far to walk in the cold
