My sis and I went see a friend perform in the Bar area. It's a cool little spot for live music . The salsa is so good. It's served warm. Yum! The food is very good. We had a fantastic time hanging out.
In line with every other Mexican restaurant I’ve tried in Louisiana. Basic flavors and nothing that stood out. The nachos were made with what seemed like Tostisto chips from a bag. Very tight with the guac on the nachos and sour cream. Service was excellent and the waitress was very friendly. While I has paid $20 (with tip) for an enchilada plate, or an order of nachos, the price should match the flavors. That wasn’t my experience at Tampico’s.
