“If you’re craving some real Cajun flavor, this spot is where it’s at! The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, I am always immediately greeted with smiles and hellos from the sweetest employees! These girls are the definition of southern charm! The food is amazing, I have never had anything I did not LOVE. You have to try the crawfish bread which is my personal favorite. Portions are amazing and this is definitely a must-try if you want some down-home Cajun goodness or a home cooked meal without the hassle!“

“My wife and daughter and I went to Luna's yesterday, as my wife grew up in Lake Charles and said that Luna's was THE local hangout when she was growing up. With good reason, I found out. The restaurant was a delight. The food was amazing (I had a fantastic hamburger and a really good salad), and the atmosphere made me smile (all around us, throwback posters and paintings from 80s music and 90s movies). Plus the wait staff was very friendly. If you're looking for a good restaurant to do dinner with family and friends, this is the place to go.“

“******Highly Recommend ****^ My 87 year old mother, my sister in law and I had lunch at Augustine’s today at their grand opening. The lunch was fantastic! We started with delicious appetizers-crab claws in butter, onion soup, and truffle fries with Parmesan cheese. Absolutely delicious. We then enjoyed the fried oyster salad with cornbread bread crumbs (yummy!) and the chicken flatbread with balsamic vinegar and I think honey. You had to roll us out of the door as we ate every bite! “The Lobster Bisque, Lobster Tail and truffle Mac and cheese were absolutely superb. The only small thing that was a disappointment was the foie gras, which I have had numerous times before while dining here, however last night it was a very much smaller portion than usual and the bread was burnt on the edges. Other than this I would still definitely recommend this establishment for an excellent dining experience.“

“Hubster and I went to check out this restaurant yesterday. Absolutely loved it. The place was packed out. Small wait for food. The wait staff was absolutely amazing. I usually don't like to sit at the bar because of all the gossip that usually goes on. Nope no such happening at this place. Norman , owner, was spot on with food details, wiping down plates etc. I actually was impressed with the smiles and laughs that went on yesterday. They all seemed eager to help each other out. The iced tea was so amazing. I could have bought a gallon to have at the house. Both our plates of food was seasoned well and the correct temperature. I cannot express anything negative. Good job gang. You all deserve a pat on the back for making my husband believe in restaurant experience.Thank you!“

“We had a great experience dining here on 6/3/23. The dozen oysters on the half shell were very tasty. My husband had the catfish and commented on how it was the best he has had in a very long time. I had the burger and fries and it was absolutely delicious! Thanks for accommodating all my food allergies. It’s difficult but you all really tried and I appreciate it very much. Finally, we had great service from Brook and enjoyed eating on the patio. Keep up the great work. Food service is a grueling job but you all did it so effortlessly!“
