The only problem I have is this is the only location that does not allow you to use the drive thru for mobile orders at night. This is the only location that has straight up told me I have to come inside even though the app allows me to order pickup in drive thru. This problem needs to be addressed as there were 2 other people that had this same problem while I was there.

It's ashame that they don't check to make sure your oder is complete before handing it to you. I ordered the Chicken strips meal comes with 3 strips Texas toast French fries and either gravy or a dipping sauce. What I got surely wasn't worth $12.00 especially when you don't get what you ordered. And then no one wants to answer the phone there. I just left there and I saw plenty of employees standing around. They could have checked and doubled check my order.
Just went through the drive through in Lake Charles. Waited almost an hour, Just to order. Now I get home and they don't have my chocolate brownie and that's the main thing I wanted.

To go order. Patty melt add Jalapenos drink and fries Spicy ketchup patties dry . No ketchup old fried.. Sulphur whataburger is way better. We can't have anything nice. Then again it's lake charles. Waste of a building.
