They still have going pains... Went this morning, and they didn't have any large or medium drink cups... Also, I had to ask for the extra honey butter dipping sauce that I had to pay extra for.. The last thing is I ordered 2 apple pies... Needless to say, they weren't in the bag ... It's very apparent that NO ONE is checking the accuracy of the orders they'll pushing out... So SAD... You can't even rely that your order will be correct !!! How hard is it for them to do at least...read full review

Our Lake Charles location gets all 5 stars in everything bc today for lunch they were on point with everything. My 2nd time but my 1st time inside. Me and my dad had a pleasant visit and top of the line service from ordering to while we were eating all around. Our cashier Mrs. Yolanda and Ms. DD were top of the line customer service to maken sure we had everything. And a very clean restaurant.Parking: Its a big parking lot plenty of room.

Without interest ! I definitely don't understand the hype for this restaurant chain. The burgers are expensive, not particularly good (nothing crazy in the tastes without too much flavor), the service is long and the quantities are not generous. The fries are soft and not crispy. In short, any fast food around does better for less. Very overrated.
