“You can't go wrong with the Surf & Turf! I have tried it at least 4 times and love it every time. The Hanger Steak is tender, tasty and awesome stand alone and the lump crab and crawfish in a spicy white wine cream sauce is awesome stand alone, but the 2 together is out of this world goodness. The cream sauce is good to dip the tasty Roasted Potatoes in too! The last time I went, I tried the Pork Shank. It was fall off the bone tender and delicious! If it wasn't so much meat, I would've eaten every single bite, but I definitely saved my extra and the waitress put it in a to go box for me to finish at home. The Cinnamon Sweet Potatoes were creamy and delicious and the Green Beans were well seasonsed and extra tasty with the Neuske's Bacon Bits sprinkled throughout. What a treat the Bacon was! If you are tired of binging on the Hanger Steak each visit, give this one a try and you won't regret it!“
“What a Gem!! Kim & Tom, the owners, have made this place so good! Kim’s flair on her themed decor is ever changing & very unique.They do a lot of wine tastings & have a good selection of small bites & wonderful cheeses.The parking is very easy with plenty of parking in the front & back.“
“Edit: Bodega reached out and offered me a full refund. I was not looking for a refund at all, I’m fine paying but not how much it was for how little. They were very professional in reaching out to me and for that I’m willing to give them another shot! Changed my rating from 1 star to 4 star. I think people only come here for wine and the atmosphere. Which is cool and all. Food is trash for the price. Had the Dinero sandwich and I can make a better melt with some deli meat and cheese in my fridge lol. My girl has the Alfredo. Sauce was so thin it barely stuck to the rigatoni. So it’s like eating tasteless pasta. Shrimp wasn’t even pan seared. Tasted boiled or microwaved. People go here to waste money on mediocre food just to make themselves feel important or “high class” I left and got a #7 at McDonald’s ?? the waiter was in a rush as well.“
“I am actually an employee here and my coworkers are phenomenal and incredibly attentive. Funny and respectful. The overall energy of the entire restaurant is just relaxing and classy. The kitchen pays attention to detail and makes gorgeous and delicious food. In case any customers were wondering if the employees are treated well behind the scenes.....WE ARE. I find our boss to be the most down to earth boss I've ever had. The type of boss to get in the kitchen and help his employees if they need it. He jokes with us, works with us, and helps us to be our best at all times. Which is never an issue because he won't tell us to do anything he wouldn't do and hasn't already done himself. I've never worked in such a wonderful environment. And hope to work and eat here for a very long time.“
“Fabulous! The restaurant is located in the L'Auberge Casino in Lake Charles, LA. The ambiance is quiet with nice music and the food was excellent. The charred lemon drop martini was like a tasty dessert! The lobster bisque was great! I highly recommend Ember Grille & Wine Bar!“
“The atmosphere and food was fantastic. My father and I took full advantage on their happy hour deal which takes place between 2 and 6 daily. The service and bar was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our whole 2 week stay. Shout to these particular staff members Lailar, Blake, Joshua and Vegea, for making our stay amazing and opening up the outside for the superbowl.“

Considering there were several conventions and a concert, we didn't wait long to be seated.Zane was our server, and he continuously checked on us until our food came out.Ordered shrimp kisses for an appetizer. They were good.Hubby ordered the oyster trash bar for his dinner, and I ordered a dozen char broiled oysters for mine.Everything was good, and the oysters were amazing!“
“Nice clean spacious building. There is even an outside patio if you choose to eat outside. But the real shine here is on the pizza! I ordered the veggie pizza and I am not a vegetarian. I just wanted something fresh and crisp and that is exactly what I got. I wasn't even missing the meat... It was so good y'all! I aways love a place with self-service drinks, you can refill whenever you like. They even serve wine and beer if you're into that. Employees were super nice and came checked on us while we're eating to make sure that we enjoyed our meal. It was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely be back.“
