This was the best togo burger I've had from any Chili's. Whatever city I'm in more than a day I find a Chili's. The evening grill person rocks... Also my togo person was very nice and professional. Keep up you all did a outstanding job! I wish you all could come to the two locations by my house and train...My food was that goooodddd.
When we first arrived, we were seated by our waitress, then she NEVER came back. Took almost 49 minutes before someone came to take our orders and bring the kid menus. A different waitress came, she messed up the orders while writing them down however we do believe she was training. Then a different person , this time a guy, waited at our table. Service was horrible! Drinks were filled once when we received them. No napkins. Grandson's (3yr) food was delivered 5 minutes approximately after everyone else's. Never seen our waitress after delivering our food again. Paid our bill on the kiosk and left.
