This location is horrible. Regional manger needs to clean house. I did a takeout order and when I got there no was there to greet or say anything. Every fake red head was sitting down playing their phone. One red head was standing. This one girl needs to go back to training or be fired. I have been there 2 times and she messed up my order both times just to take the food back and eat it. She always has low bush with light color pink hair. When I ordered my food. I told her NO BACON like three times. What do I have is bacon. She doesn’t listen and just horrible worker.

Got a Togo order about 30 minutes ago and had to return from the parking lot to retrieve items that were left behind (chips and salsa) we double check the order and find our ice cream placed in ranch cups had already melted before even leaving.The ice cream was placed in the same bag as all of the hot food rather than with the cold deserts separately.One ranch dipping sauce was supposed to be avocado ranch (it wasn’t).The Nashville tenders were coated in straight buffalo sauce . I’m unsure if that is common practice here , but it just seems odd to call it Nashville tenders when it’s clearly just buffalo sauce.I was missing French fries from my order as wellThe best part about our meal is the spoiled broccoli! The brown stems and fuzziness (mold) definitely add a nice bite.We aren’t done yet, our chocolate molten was almost a week old! A label on the box advised the product was due to expire on the 1st of April. It was the 7th of April when we received this item. Quite a delayed April fools joke.I have attached a photo of this issue to the post.This “meal” was a complete waste of hard earned money. Literally nothing in our meal was checked for accuracy, ensured proper storage for consumption or even safe to eat!I’ve attached a photo of the broccoli so your stomach can turn as much as mine did. The molten label is attached as well .Beware eating here at all cost. If you value your money and your stomach, steer clear of this nonsense.

Terrible. Avoid even if you’re looking for something you know/consistency. It’s clear this place is managed poorly. The poor staff working does what they can but they are not incentivized to carry the load of what should be double the workforce. Would you be motivated? Nope.
There was no one at the entrance to greet us at the door...no one to seet us. I had to find someone "not only" to help MY family, but the family that was waiting before we had arrived. We were seated in a unprofessional way. Waitress had a bad attitude. When I paid for my food, waitress didn't give me my receipt nor my change back .I can go on and on about the bad experience I had , however it was just over-all BAD.

Stopped in to use the restroom on the way home from work. Got appetizer and bear.Great service and food.
Service was horrible! Drinks were filled once when we received them. No napkins. Grandson's (3yr) food was delivered 5 minutes approximately after everyone else's. Never seen our waitress after delivering our food again. Paid our bill on the kiosk and left.
