The unbelievably lazy person the cash register did nothing but yell, complain and scream at everyone. A waitress screaming “someone do the dishes”. My husband wiping down the table. Complete disorganization at 12 decibels. Never again.

Staff fussing and sassing each other loudly.. diner sitting next could not get silver ware while food was getting cold his margarine wouldn't melt, another got an entire order wrong and then had to ask several times for syrup. I waited 45 minutes for my order and was sitting at the counter. They charge 20% for to go orders ? 10 for the waitress and 10 % for the Styrofoam box.

Got baccon cooked beyond crispy. Was served coffee in a dirty cup. Found hair in my eggs. Served hashbrowns that weren't cooked all they way. Staff seemed somewhat nice.

The customer service here is amazing. They have someone open the door for you. You’re greater by every staff member there. They were so welcoming. I actually didn’t eat, I stopped in to use the restroom because the restroom at the gas station next door was out of order. Everyone was so polite, welcoming, friendly, & had smiles on their faces. The energy was so happy and positive. I was disappointed my family missed out on eating here. We stayed at the hotel across the street and slept in. Definitely plan on eating here if we ever come back to visit!

It's Waffle House so not many expectations other than hot food, and pure entertainment from the staff. I do think however it would be nice for people to greet you when you walk in the door and tell you to have a seat or that someone will be with you soon but maybe that's too much to ask. I ordered the steak breakfast but it was tough. I know what you're saying, "Who orders steak at Waffle House?". I'm here for the entertainment but not much during the day. I guess that only comes after hours. Oh, and the parking lot needs a lot of maintenance. Grass needs to be cut, weeding needed, and clean up all the trash in the parking lot. I'll be back though, it's Waffle House, and our waitress was really nice and attentive.
