The customer service here is amazing. They have someone open the door for you. You’re greater by every staff member there. They were so welcoming. I actually didn’t eat, I stopped in to use the restroom because the restroom at the gas station next door was out of order. Everyone was so polite, welcoming, friendly, & had smiles on their faces. It's Waffle House so not many expectations other than hot food, and pure entertainment from the staff. I do think however it would be nice for people to greet you when you walk in the door and tell you to have a seat or that someone will be with you soon but maybe that's too much to ask‍. I ordered the steak breakfast but it was tough. I know what you're saying, "Who orders steak at Waffle House?". I'm here for the entertainment but not much during the day. Ashley the manager is simply doing a remarkable job by the year, this place is always up to par whether she is there or not, food, cleanliness, staff, it's all amazing, they deserve raises and promotions! It keeps me coming back everytime I travel along I 10.Andto this day it remains 09/05/2023
