Almost every time I have visited this location, I hate it, so I am just gonna stop going!!!! The manager is incredibly ignorant, she has terrible customer care experience and most of the other people there who act rude do so because their leadership acts like she does. They don’t have any customer service skills and never take accountability for their mistakes and it’s sad that people like her are training other people’s kids. I hope corporate cleans house. It should not take over 15 minutes to get your food at the drive through. And it was only a single order. That is not fast food, that slow food and slow workers and poor management.

Past 3 times I’ve been here my sprite tasted odd, like the machine either needs clean or is out of syrup (three separate times, hadn’t had an issue before this). Today I found a piece of paper in my McFlurry which was upsetting and gross. Otherwise it’s fine.
