Almost every time I have visited this location, I hate it, so I am just gonna stop going!!!! The manager is incredibly ignorant, she has terrible customer care experience and most of the other people there who act rude do so because their leadership acts like she does. They don’t have any customer service skills and never take accountability for their mistakes and it’s sad that people like her are training other people’s kids. I hope corporate cleans house. She doesn’t deserve to be employed not even a little bit.

Past 3 times I’ve been here my sprite tasted odd, like the machine either needs clean or is out of syrup (three separate times, hadn’t had an issue before this). Today I found a piece of paper in my McFlurry which was upsetting and gross. Otherwise it’s fine.

4 stars for the new double big mac (like I'm not already unhealthy enough), 5 stars for quick drive through service, and 5 stars for the excellent atmosphere in my car.

Order crew was messing up so bad I saw 3 other cars leave and I should have. The cook put so much pepper on my burger it was almost inedible.

One of the worst Mcdonalds ive ever been to. wait times are constantly triple the usual and they will tell you they are no longer serving breakfast 20-30 minutes prior to the posted time.

For the most part staff is typically friendly and I haven't received any incorrect orders over the past year it's open late and close to the base would recommend.
I've picked up DoorDash orders here in past months and both times I have had the worst wait times. What made it worse was the workers barely acknowledged me and I patiently waiting then dashers who arrived maybe 5-10 minutes afterwards got there orders immediately and then finally got the people waiting in the lobby area and after waiting too long I asked on of the workers hey are yall working on my order only for them to act like they just seen it. then about 20 minutes later they finally got my order. I'm pretty sure the customer was so upset they gave me a low rating and I don't blame them but most importantly it shouldn't take almost a hour for a average size kids meal. Just like yall I have to do my best to work efficiently and satisfy my my customer as well. Haven't been back here since. I hope over the past months management and the workers are taking steps to improve the work place and standards.
Probably the worst/slowest McDonalds in America. Tweaker employees can't keep up with the orders. The floors are sticky. If I can give this place negative stars I would.

The service is amazing. I live in the DFW area and place a slightly customized order without at least a pause of silence. The cashier here was the best I can remember. Courteous, attentive, efficient. She’s irreplaceable give her a raise now!
