Perpetually understaffed. At least 3 years now. There's exactly 8 other people in here other than our 3 person party and we've been sitting here for 5 minutes after our 15 minute wait to be seated. We're stuck coming here becauze there's no competition in this town, but the food is good. It just takes a LONG, LONG time to get it and at least as long to pay when you're done.
They were short staffed and took long then necessary to be seated but the food was decent and the waitress was nice. The food came out quick. The crawfish etouffee was cooked good and didn’t taste bad but it was on the bland side and lacked seasoning and/or spice.

Went there Thursday night for the chargrilled oysters. We were seated quickly and everyone was nice. Service after was a bit slow and the food seemed to take longer than expected to come out but being there for the first time I wouldn't know if this was normal or not. The oysters were good but kinda bland. Would have preferred more garlic-butter sauce in them. The pasta dish we ordered was also a little on the bland side and swimming in sauce.
