“They were short staffed and took long then necessary to be seated but the food was decent and the waitress was nice. The food came out quick. The crawfish etouffee was cooked good and didn’t taste bad but it was on the bland side and lacked seasoning and/or spice.“
“We went Tuesday night for a date night and our server James was awesome. Very attentive, engaged in conversation, and was very awesome for our first time there. He took very good care of us and acknowledged us about the menu. Will be back to visited and be served by him. His co workers were also very generous and had smiles on all their faces. Highly recommended“
“The 4 star rating of the food is partly because I'm not a fan of catfish. But we were at the restaurant where catfish is King, so I tried it. Where I live, when we cook fish, we remove the brown areas of the meat, which is the fish's waste, so that's what I'm used to. However, this wasn't removed, and quite possibly that's how catfish is cooked. However, because of that, I couldn't stomach it. The tartar sauce was delicious, as was the Cajun potatoes. But the stars of the show were definitely the bloody Mary and the king cake beignets! Sorry I only remembered to take a picture of the beignets.“
“Alright y'all, i think I've found the best poboy in Louisiana at this little gem of a place in Laplace! Last Friday, i landed in New Orleans around lunchtime. If you've ever been to Louisiana during lent you know that any place serving fish is going to be steady packed. I'd done some research and decided this was the spot I was stopping at. Sure enough upon walking in there was a good number of folks in line and waiting for their order. I knew this was a good sign that I'd picked well. I ordered my poboy and found a place to wait. About 20 minutes later, it was ready and let him tell you that this shrimp and fish poboy was well worth the wait! Seasoned to perfection and served on bread that was the perfect combination of crispy and soft chewy. I'll definitely be back and trying something else on the menu!“
“The food here was great! I had the bbq ribs and they fell off the bone. The sauce was great. Their collard greens are amazing!!! The portion was great for the price and the staff was really friendly! The service was great too. They are cash only, that’s not an issue, just a heads up. Would definitely recommend.“
“Me & the Family went to AWESOME Dinner Party about 75 of Us @ Zea Rotisserie & Bar Restaurant, Food was Great, Service ^ Stuff was Extra nice, the Drinks from the Bar was Delicious, had A GREAT TIME .Parking: I was surprised Zea Rotisserie Restaurant had parking for all of Us that was @ the Dinner Party“
“Such an amazing place to eat. There is a wait, but that's because it's good. Expect about an hour wait. But look at this food! The gumbo was amazing, oysters were awesome. It's pricey because its seafood but you more than get what you pay for. I highly recommend this place.“
“The restaurant was very clean when we entered. The staff was friendly and patient while we decided what we wanted. I chose the fish box with onion rings and fries to go. That meal did not disappoint. Everything was fresh and delicious. The onion rings stayed crispy through the ride home! My kids ordered fish and shrimp and fish poboy. Nothing but good food! Bragged about it to friends! I'll be back!!❤️“
“1. It's AMAZING to see this place still hangin' in there!! 2. Today was my first time visiting here since maybe 2014/2015. I might be off with the year, but I know it's been a long time. 3. The food is still really good!! I got the Petra Pasta with crab, crawfish, and shrimp. Next time, I'll dine in because I love the atmosphere!!“

“Man I love finding these ducked off restaurants. Wasn't sure we were in the right place cuz we didn't see the signage. Place was open and folks were coming in to pick up orders the whole time we were there. Staff was friendly and took care of us. I got the wings with Jamaican jerk and hot lemon pepper. Both were good but the Jamaican jerk was the star. Also got the loaded fries as the side which had cheese sauce, I think shredded cheese, and bacon. Not a fan of cheese sauce like that but it was still pretty good. I wouldn't get it the next time I went cuz I would want to try something else but I'd get it again. For the drink, I ordered the strawberry lemonade. Hands down the best strawberry lemonade I've had. Gotta mix up the drink a bit but you'll definitely be wanting more. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area“
“We have been traveling and came here on a recommendation. Since we are from nashville seafood is high on our list. This place did not disappoint. Everything is actually made on premise. The onion rings were delish, the crayfish boil was excellent fresh and flavorful. The shrimp dinner with onion rings was so good we ordered a second plate to share. Most of all the owners are warm and friendly and the service was good. Oh and prices were very resonable.“
“You will not be disappointed if you love good Louisiana homestyle food! Soul food, Creole food, Cajun food at this restaurant is $15 & change on an all-you-can-eat buffet ? with a quality & fresh salad ? bar, main courses, and yummy homemade desserts. Everything seasoned just right ✅️ ?, not too salty, not too spicy. The crunchy is beaucoup crunchy & the moist perfectly moist. I loved that perfect cornbread, that crispy fried chicken ? & fried catfish. The Salisbury steaks are satisfying. The ? carrot souffle was amazing. The baked fish is so flavorful with a great sauce on top. The atmosphere is comfortable. Service excellent.“
“Smitty's seafood. As a local, Smitty's Seafood one of my favorites. I had a combination of fried platter consisting of fried oysters, fried shrimp, fried catfish, delicious potato wedges and a side salad. Also I have a pleasure of tasting boiled goods. Mushrooms, corn, garlic, potatoes, crawfish, and a nice chunk of onion. Five people total with a few beers. Just over 100 bucks. Perfect. Yummy yum yum yum yum yum thanks Smitty's Seafood you guys rock“
“Ive been to a good amount of chinese restaurants in the area, and ill be honest, every single time i find myself coming back here. The general tsos chicken, sweet and sour shrimp, chicken fried rice, shrimp fried rice, and the szechuan duck. oh my. its divine. its succulent, and crispy, its perfect. if youre in the area and want some tasty chinese food, i highly recommend this place. the staff is kind, the food is amazing and in the midst of all these price increases, this still remains the most affordable place to eat near me (for the portions). (btw, i usually get the half duck, which is plenty for a few people or leftovers)“
“The food at the seafood pot is very high quality but you are going to pay for it. I use the drive thru to get food quite often and it's always delicious and cooked to order. Service can be hit or miss. We've had our order messed up a few times but by the time we get home it's too late to do any thing so now we know to check the order before we leave.“
“Lee on William is one spot that i frequent a lot. Hot food, deli style set up, gumbo on deck everyday, something for everyone. From red beans and rice to lo main, smother pork chops to fried chicken wings, you'll find something to fill your belly. The staff is very friendly and the price is alright for the quality and portion of food that your getting. I suggest if your by the corner of Williams and veteran highway turn on Williams look for that big LEE'S sign and walk on in you won't regret it.“
“Wonderful place. Great food and friendly staff. One of the best buffets based on quality and selection I’ve been to. It is worth the trip and there is plenty of room for a large group. Addition: We went here recently, - twice in 2 weeks with different groups. Excellent selections and service.Parking: There are several spaces In front of the restaurant but they are a little tight there’s plenty of parking around the side and in the back.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance and the inside is ramped for easy access. There are 2 steps at the rear of the buffet, but an alternate route is available to go to and from the buffet and the bathrooms.“
“Visiting from Arkansas and stopped by to get my wife some boiled crabs which is her fav thing in Louisiana ... Bought 1/2 doz jumbos for $30... We tasted a strong petroleum/oil taste and had to toss after tasting it a few times in diff crabs. I called and Winston apologized and said he would hook us up when we came back to visit... That's what a great business is supposed to do... 5 stars for the cust service.. Appreciate it brother ?“
“Prices are so fair. We had onion rings and fried eggplant (do not miss this with homecrafted marinara and plenty of Parmesan cheese) for appetizers and seafood platters for entrees. The service was excellent. The food was good. Side salad chincy one half of a tomato and green beans unimaginative. We will be back great value and so many things to try!!! Sadly the room was incredibly loud but next time we will sit on the patio.“
“Great place. Waitress moved us to a different table when we had a change in the number of people. She was very accommodating. Food came out quickly. It was great. We were able to sit around and talk without seeming to be in the way. Shrimp was generous.“
“Stopped by while traveling with my girlfriend, the staff was all super friendly, answered my questions, and made sure we felt comfortable! The interior is very simple but comfortable, the food came out fast, and was DELICIOUS!!!! I had Abbeys gumbo combo which was potato salad, grilled cheese, and gumbo with shrimp and sausage. It was fantastic“
“Good was actually delicious. Service was a bit iffy. I called to place my order, the first time I was put on hold for over 5mins. The second time I called in, my order was taken immediately. I wanted the Mac and cheese but they were out of it. No biggie it was like 7:30pm and they close at 9 I think. So I got the red beans and potato salad which was AMAZING. The flavor was good. A bit greasy but nothing a napkin couldn't dap off. Next time I'll opt of the lemon, because I am not a fan of lemon on my seafood. So if that's the only compliment I have then that tells you a great deal. Will definitely recommend if you're ever in the Laplace area and look for hot food. I paid $15.14 for all of this and it was worth every penny.“
“The lunch menu food was fabulous & reasonably priced. Our party of 6 enjoyed everything: fajitas, fajita rolls, enchiladas, chips, salsa, & bean dip.I'd recommend lunch menu #15-a seafood enchilada & a chicken enchilada with beans & rice. Our waiter, David, was efficient, kind, & humorous. We had a very enjoyable lunch time.“
“We went with our "lunch bunch' from St.Francis Villa Assisted Living Facility today (12/28). Jo was our server and she was fabulous! Very welcoming, professional, entertaining, understanding and everything else. The food was very well proportioned; and even more delicious! Thank you for having our residents today. We all left with smiles on our faces and full bellies.“
“I absolutely love this place. It is a must when I'm in town. I get the shrimp po boy, fries, and crawfish pie and have never been disappointed. The gentleman that runs this place is really nice and will occasionally come out of its slow and just hang out while people eat. It's a very friendly laid back atmosphere and I look forward to coming here every time I'm in town.“
“Great selection of fresh and frozen seafood and more! Crawfish stuffed chicken & pork chops, great shrimp, fish, crawfish, oysters (fresh caught) great frozen scallops, turtle soup, gumbo... boudon balls, alligator. Too much to mention and inventory changes“
“Interesting spot. I had just finished having an adventure in the area and was hungry, so I came here. The food was ok. All of the wait staff seemed a bit tired. I got "The Meal Deal" which had 3 fried fish sticks, 3 fried shrimp, fries, hush puppies, corn on the cob and coleslaw. It hit the spot, but I am not sure if it was in a good way or bad way.“
“Where do I start , Jonathan was such a breath of fresh air, I was having a bad day so I decided to go to fiery crab , I sat at the bar and to my surprise Jonathan was so nice and very professional , I never got that customer service experience at fiery crab, you need more workers like Jonathan!! I will definitely go back and tell all my friends and family to ask for Jonathan!!“
“Wow!! We stumbled upon this spot looking for a T-Mobile & decided to grab a quick bite that turned into a full brunch & drinks!! Woohoo-what a treat! Thank you so much Jenna - your customer service was outstanding!! We'll be back!“
