“Panaroma Foods catered our wedding at Bailey's in November 2021. We ordered jambalaya, brisket, crawfish dip, crab cakes, green beans, eggplant dressing, crispy baked mashed potatoes, and had a charcuterie board on the bar with smoked salmon, boudin, etc. We still hear praise about the Steen's sausage, the mashed potatoes, and the brisket. The food was a hit with our guests, who were almost all from out of town. They were able to accommodate our request for plastic-free dining, and they have good vegetarian and gluten-free options.“
