I would not recommend them since the drive-through person was racist stating omg another white person coming through our window for food.... they didnt get the order right not to mention whwn I took it inside to ask them nicely to fix my ordered. They were like what do you want. Then had to wait another 30mins just to get my right order.

Been going to that church's chicken off and on since I was in my teens and now I'm in my 50s lol always my spot when on a budget lol, food always hot and tasty and they always have deal...also very laid back

The place needs a deep cleaning on the inside. There is a small area for dine in...not clean...sticky. If you have to wait and you are standing in the left corner next to the light up sign boards...look at the monitor, cables, register....they need serious attention, dusty as ever..and not from the floating flour dust. Don't come for me. I was waiting long enough to notice, but enough ? time in which, I should / could have cancelled my order. I did have to wait on a Sunday for spicy chicken and fried ? apple pies, and they were out of lemonade ? revisions were made. Patiently I stood and it was worth the wait. This is a multi million dollar company...under the possibility of an independent franchisee. Get your public area cleanliness together.. shameful, just saying. Trust me, people waiting on the inside waiting for chicken to come up, start looking at a lot of things. Step it up, cause the spicy ? chicken and the rice is on point.

Waited 20 minutes for chicken because only spicy chicken available. Once chicken was ready it wasn't seasoned well nor was the chicken hot as it it had been freshly prepared....and my side item was not given to me. This place is typically pretty good but this was just an awful experience. Maybe just a bad night.

I'm not a Church's fan at all, but my mom wanted to stop here.We went in, and there were 2 people ahead of us, and about 8 employees working behind the counter. We placed our order, two 2 pieces with fries. It took well over 30 minutes to get our food.Some lady came in and placed a mobile order, and they fried 3 batches of chicken. They boxed each batch and kept giving them to her.She would get an order, leave the restaurant, come back, get more fresh chicken, leave the restaurant, come back, and they would give her another batch of fresh chicken.There was no organization. One employee would just point to a customer and ask "what you waitin on?", make that order, and then she would randomly point to someone else and ask them.
