I placed order an order via Jimmy John’s app on 3/24/2024 at 8:09pm but the store was locked at 8:20pm and the staff inside was cleaning the kitchen. This location is listed as closing at 9pm. This order was charged to my MasterCard. This unfilled order also removed my free sandwich reward in my account. I wasted time and money driving to this location.

A young lady I think she was the manager was great, she knew the menu well, even gave me some expert sandwich tips. If you could clone her I would, her customer service was the best that I have ever experienced.

When it is good, it is great 90% of the time. The other 10% of the time is if you order and pick up after 8 pm because the night crew messes up your order and just stands there staring at you when you bring their mistakes to their attention. The African American female and the white male are rude and worthless. The night manager is clueless.

So I decided to visit this JJ after about a year hiatus due to really bad service. Hoping they’d get their act together. But I was wrong. “Freaky Fast” does not decribe this branch of Jimmy John’s. There is zero reason why the drive thru at an establishment that has pre sliced meat and you only need to add condiments should take 10 mins plus when there is only 1 car in the drive thru and 2 people dining inside that already had their food and was eating. Also, they automatically put soggy lettuce and tomatoes on every sandwich I guess, even when you say you don’t want it. The owner needs to retrain his/her employees and have a better hand on the operation because this branch is a black eye on jimmy johns.Edit to add: Jersey Mike’s is the new king of fast sandwich shops. Step your game up JJ!!

I do not understand why they advertise delivery when they never do why I try. This is just bad business to advertise something that you do not do!!!!You can't blame it on COVID any more.

We used to go here once a week. Then the customer service went bonkers. Always order online but when we get there to pickup our order, they either are lost as to what's going on or the order ID completely messed up. This has happened several times. Not going back.

My order was only 13.38. Gave the delivery driver 20. He finally gave me 2 dollars back. Not saying the food is bad. Called the store and they no longer said I can order. So when this post comes in my store he will no longer be allowed. Called corporate. Also they just started delivering again since the pandemic and was told from the store manager that he's been delivering for a year and a half. The driver buys his cigars from me daily where I work so it's okay for him to smoke his stuff while delivering for Jimmy John's
