Mobile ordering is a joke. They surpassed the record today… took 45 minutes to complete $25 mobile order. The McDonald’s on Lafitte Larose Hwy is just the same.Nobody working the register, kiosk and mobile ordering options only. The shift managers on duty will ignore you like it’s their #1 job priority. They will NOT ask anyone standing at the counter for their order number or what they’ve been there 10-15 minutes waiting for.Be sure to designate your condiments when placing your order, you’ll have to ask three times to get any after-the fact and they’ll be so stingy as if they’re guarding a national treasure.

They don't listen to you when you order they talk over you when trying to place your order offerings extra stuff you didn't ask for.I don't want what you're offering let me place my order so you can get it right. Some people can't eat everything, so it's important you listen extra, doesn't mean you're helping

Fish sandwich was dry, both the bread and fish patty. I was there for 1pm. Lunch period should not have been sitting there too long. Also, fries were semi warm and greasy. Was very disappointed.

They had excessive wait time and on top of it , they were negative and rude to one delivery driver and made my partner who also delivers food waste his time when he could have been making money doing other deliveries.If you don’t like your job, find something else. At least DO your job while you still work there , even if you hate it, instead of complaining about how you have to do your job.

Drive through not consistent. The car in front of me had an order taken. We were in the right lane. 4 other cars in the left lane that pulled up after me had orders taken and proceeded on. I never had my order taken and then I left.

This location is the worst in the entire area. They are always late to open and use the excuse that the system is down. The managers and most workers are rude and disrespectful. The Lafitte-Larose highway, Ames, and Westbank expressway Gretna are much better.9

Done with this place and I am from out of town. But every single order I have had, missing hash brown most of the time, slowwww drive thru, getting simple orders wrong, I mean you gotta check everything and hope you don’t have to wait again. I ordered a quarter pounder meal. When I got home, my son opened it, and it was a disaster. The package said double quarter pounder. However, you couldn't tell what it was. The meat was in so many pieces it looked like they dropped it on the floor, threw it back on the smashed bun, and melted the cheese over it!!! There was a quarter sized drop of ketchup and about 4 pieces of onion. The fries were greasy and limp. Never again. The only plus to this visit was the young man at the window
