I am thinking that corporate does not read these comments because this place needs some serious coaching on public service or to just close down. Rated 00000 Stars across the board. But you can't comment without at least a 1 star rating. I stood at the counter long enough to be noticed by several employees but no one approached or acknowledged me! Seriously, I was the only person at the counter waiting to order. These employees have no work or personal ethics. The rudest place I have ever been to in a very long time. Thankfully I walked out because if the service is that bad I hate to taste the food there. If you don't like where you work or the service industry then please stop working in it and give someone who would appreciate a paying job a chance. Spoiled children need guidence or consequences placed on them to teach them on what to do or not to do. PATHETIC!!!!!

This location is pathetic. They don't deserve 1 star. First visit I paid for 2 doubles. When I unwrapped them they were 2 singles. 2nd visit I used loyalty points for a chicken sandwich. I realized it wasn't in the bag. I asked about it. They asked for the bag back. The app took my points, but the manager said the sandwich wasn't on the receipt so she wouldn't make it. She also said if I order from the app that the store isn't responsible. When I got home (I shouldn't have trusted them from the previous visit) I realized the 2 sandwichs that I did get were on rock hard buns. Also, when they went thru the bag looking for the sandwich I told them was missing they dumped all the fries and nuggets out of their containers and they were at the bottom of the bag.PS-Yall need to take the frosty off the menu if the employees can't be bothered to clean the machine.

If I could give zero stars I would!! The absolute worst location!! Every SINGLE time I approach this location I am not even greeted. On top of not being greeted , the rude and disrespectful manager MORGAN does not even let you complete your order. I’m not sure how management is picked at this establishment but I’m sure I’m not the first and won’t be the last to receive this terrible service. I would not like anyone without a job , but Morgan needs to be retrained and demoted or fired expeditiously!! We are paying customers !!
