Melissa and Crystal you guys are the best employees I’ve ever interacted with before at this Aunty Annie’s location. Your staff overall are very nice people and deserve a higher pay accordingly.The pretzels are always phenomenal and your pretzel dogs are delicious as ever. Aunty Annie’s is def a good place to pick up a treat at, is certainly my favorite and I always recommend it around!
I can't go without acknowledging Erin and how kind and helpful she was today while we were at the mall. They were very busy as always and I needed a party bucket of pretzel bites. Erin said "Give me 30 min!" And whipped them up in 15. So very helpful and I SO appreciate the fantastic customer service delivered even though they were swamped and I'm sure understaffed. Thank you!!

I shoulda got the bucket. Have you had the pretzel pieces here? We bought the cup, took them home and reheated them in the air fryer, and the cup emptied faster than the math in a third grader's head on June 1st! Definitely should have gotten the bucket. I got the jalapeño pretzel and they had to cook it fresh. Aw.
