I went with my husband to have a quiet dinner because we love this place… I had pasta which was inedible. Al dente is an understatement! The pasta wasn’t cooked at all! The waitress was very rude to us when we told her the problem. This was the worst experience we have ever had here! The manager was accommodating and took care of the problem and my husbands salmon was delicious but the waitress definitely killed it for me!!
I really don’t know how to rate this. I just witness something I shouldn’t have seen. A waitress just served like 15 people at a table near me she gave all of us excellent service even their table the restaurant was busy and she still did an outstanding job. At the end of their dinner they found the smallest things to complain about and I overheard the young lady gratuity was taken off I can’t believe management didn’t have that young lady back.
