Customer service is terrible and employees are rude. How is it that a person working at a cookie cake place can be as rude as I have experienced is baffling. It’s cookie cake ffs.

I had the displeasure of ordering my daughter’s 13th birthday cake from here. I got the number 13. It was so darn small I had to go to a local grocery store for cupcakes. Don’t get me started on the fact it wasn’t ready when I arrived and had to walk the mall to wait on it. Then it looked like it was rush. So very upset with the whole situation.10/27/2023Spoke with corporate and the situation was rectified.

Absolutely loved the turn out of this cake, the employees at this store were so nice and made sure they got all of the details right with this one. I will definitely use them again.

Bad cookies that are overpriced. Cookies were about 2-3 dollars a piece. They're undercooked and just mediocre.You would do better going to the whole foods bakery department.

Not sure what these people are talking about. I ordered a cake online for my 50th birthday last year. It was ready when I picked it up and was the way I ordered it. I don't tip and never had a problem with that. And the employees aren't really rude but not overly friendly either. I can understand that though since they have to put up with some very rude customers. And the space they have to work in is very small and cramped. I couldn't work in that type of environment. Kudos to those who are trying.

I ordered 2 identical cakes to be delivered but only one showed up. I called to ask about the other one and was told that I might get a refund on the cake that was not delivered but the person I was speaking with was unsure. I called back to see if I could get the cake delivered the next day but the person who answered just sat on the phone breathing. I called 4 times after that and each time they would hang up without talking. Management, you should reevaluate the people you have working there if you like making money because they don't care if you do. I am deeply disappointed, and I am sure the kids who are expecting a cake tomorrow will be too. Save yourself the trouble and order from the Riverwalk location.

The workers was kind but the manager wasn’t I ordered the cake with the cookie man. It did not look like the picture online it look like someone doodle on the picture. They redid it and it still didn’t look good the manager said they had the same girl for 15 years did cakes and then proceeded to tell me what you want me to do.
Went today with my 2 kids. Was never greeted. We were looking at the variety of cookies before ordering. Felt rushed. When it came to check out, the cashier took the card out of my hand to insert. I get it, if I was having trouble but I am not a child for her to do so without saying so. She was just rude. Another lady walked up to the counter to ask a question, instead of finishing the transaction with me, she quickly changed her attitude to answer the other customer. I felt like my money wasn't valued as the next person. Maybe it's not a race issue but I refuse to support this location. And from the reviews I see, it's not the first issue with customer service

I am a tipper for service providers who make 2.15 an hour who wait on tables, bartend or do actual labor and not get paid for it so I am not use to this counter tipping type deals. I ordered a cookie and did not tip on machine so she slams my cookie down and walks off without putting it in a bag. It had the cookie wrapper but no bag. She went to help other customer so I had to wait to catch a moment when I could ask for bag. Instead of putting cookie in bag she just hands me the bag.I guess now people who do not leave a tip at these counters then transaction over and you get rude treatment. These companies are gonna go downhill with the type of people they hire.

Yea it's been a while but I still support this business. I honestly wish there was more locations like back in the day. I ordered my sons cake on line as I have in the past and they have never disappointed me. I can't comment on the service as I used their online service but the cake was ready when they said it would be and it was EXACTLY like I ordered it! Thanks ACC.

The cookies here are good but boy their customer service sucks. The old lady manager here is incredibly rude and nasty. Some of her employees are okay but others are just as rude. Guess next time I'll just make my own cookies. Save, time, money and good manners.
