Not sure what these people are talking about. I ordered a cake online for my 50th birthday last year. It was ready when I picked it up and was the way I ordered it. I don't tip and never had a problem with that. And the employees aren't really rude but not overly friendly either. I can understand that though since they have to put up with some very rude customers. And the space they have to work in is very small and cramped. I couldn't work in that type of environment. Yea it's been a while but I still support this business. I honestly wish there was more locations like back in the day. I ordered my sons cake on line as I have in the past and they have never disappointed me. I can't comment on the service as I used their online service but the cake was ready when they said it would be and it was EXACTLY like I ordered it! Thanks ACC.

Absolutely loved the turn out of this cake, the employees at this store were so nice and made sure they got all of the details right with this one. I will definitely use them again.
