“Food is off charts good. Chef's check on you and are always nice. Too many good choices to name but I've ate almost everything in menu and it's always great. Quick dining trip or sit and visit while small tables but exceptional food. Small place with small tables but excellent appetizers and entrees. Try it you'll love it.“
“Weekday lunch in this unassuming Italian restaurant. In a strip mall - you'd almost never see it - but apparently well known, because it was reasonably busy, and there was a Barbie themed birthday party going on in the back. So good for groups, and larger than it appears from outside. Claudette was exceptional with keeping our drinks full, updated on our food and giving advice/information as requested. Food came out quickly, not that we were noshing on the great bread provided. Husband had a couple of Maker's Mark drinks ($11 ea), the Daube ($22), which was outstanding, and I'm not a big meat eater, and I opted for the Garlic Butter Pasta (Con Aglio E Burro) ($13) with spinach and cherry tomatoes. I LOVE that you can order the pasta as is, or add your choice of meats. Portions were perfect - almost no leftovers. Added a serving of spumoni ($4) for dessert and we were in and out in about 45 min. Definitely a go-to spot for us in the future.“
“Had the onion rings, large italian salad, and seafood plater split them all with my wife. Great food. The coating on the seafood was crispy yet moist. The fish was cooked perfect moist just right. The oysters were superb moist and relishes. The shrimp was also cooked perfect not rubbery not undercooked. I will use R and O as the bar from witch I compare seafood platers from now on. Great seafood platter enough for two with a large salad. Well done.“
“Sorry, no pictures....Everytime I visit this place, the staff is friendly and attentive. The food is delicious. We ordered an 18in pizza, half meat lovers, and half supreme. 12 wings half garlic butter half sweet chili, I believe. The garlic butter ones were not tasty but wasnt nasty. It was not enough seasoning, just tasted like butter. Had cheese sticks also. FYI, if you are getting pizza, try and order ahead unless you dont mind sitting and waiting at least 30 mins for a regular and 45 to an hour for a deep dish.“
“THE best pizza in town. The crust is a thinner crispier crust which I prefer. Instead of a marinara they use a sauce that's more like a gravy with tiny bits of ground beef in the sauce. The meats and veggies are always fresh and delicious no matter which pie you order.“
“This restaurant doesn't stick out from the street and I passed right by it. And I was looking for it. But it has been there over 25 years. Well it is a little small when you walk in but the service was really good. The owner was very nice. I ordered a whole muffaletta and when it was delivered to my table. I looked at it and said to my brother that was with me that looks different. Because they make their own bread and olive salad. Well I took a bite and said that it is really good. The bread was not really thick how so muffalettas are and it is hard to taste everything in it. But this was much better. With every bite you take you were able to taste the meat and cheese and the olive salad. The bread was krispy but not hard like some muffalettas are. We really enjoyed it. And I will definitely go back. It was well worth the trip from the westbank. I Googled it and we wanted to try it. And yes we were not disappointed.“
“If you love pizza, you gotta come try this place out. Small homestyle local Gio’s is a family-run pizzeria that will redefine your pizza standards. We had a meat pizza in the shop and I took home a Magharitta pizza which my kid loved. We also tried their meatballs and they were bomb ?The pizza crust is thin and crunchy. Most pizzas run at a $20 fee for the same 8-slice pie. What makes or breaks a pizza for me? The crust and tomato sauce. Both here are amazing. The ambiance is homey, order at the counter and pay. The only catch is their operating hours. Make sure they are open when you wanna pop by.“
“The pizza never disappoints....the crust is crispy and the toppings are generous. Everyone in the location from cook to server is committed to giving the customer. Great customer service, and a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant itself is small and quaint the parking is a challenge, but worth the effort.“
“The best pizza in the entire state!! They offer a BEEF PEPPERONI option that is out of this world; everything they make is PERFECT and DELICIOUS.The owners are very kind, accommodating, and welcoming. This place is my go-to for any pizza! It's a small hole-in-the-wall, very lowkey and enjoyable! If i could only eat at one place for the rest of my life i would choose Milano's Pizza and, trust me, you would too!!“
“Newly renovated and looks great inside. Pizza is good and I highly recommend. Arcade has nice, reasonable prices as wellEdited: bottled water has to be purchased as opposed to tap or drink machine option. This was a bit of a bummer. On the same note restaurant is still nice, service was great.“
“Me and my family came into new Orleans to visit and we were all hungry so we said let get a pizza . I looked online and seen this place had more options in case everyone didn't want pizza and when we got here we were all nervous to eat here it was like a little whole in the wall but we gave it a shot and was amazed. Everything was so good we had not had pizza like this place offers and I definitely recommend it is ... . Full of flavor and staff was so nice and kept our drinks full.“
“Ok, so I been wanting to check out the pizza here since they do slices. I have always put it off because it’s like $8 per slice. I always thought they seemed expensive HOWEVER the slices are HUGE. Definitely well worth the price. I literally could not even finish it. The pizza was actually pretty good also. I would definitely come back and recommend this place for pizza. The inside was also very clean and felt welcoming and relaxing to be there.“
“The best Detroit style pizza I've ever had. Perfect blend of savory and sweet with the hot honey, pepperoni and sausage. Crust had that amazing crunch, with just the right amount of sauce on top to tie it all together. Ordered delivery and was fresh/hot upon arrival. Thinking about this pizza till I'm back in NOLA and can order again!“
“The three people that ate the supreme said average, above average and good. One said they like more stuff than what was on it. I ate the pepperoni. I very good pepperoni thin crust pizza. The staff was very helpful as I had to adjust my order as two more people came than I was first expecting. They checked on us and kept our waters filled. We also had the house salad and cheese breadsticks. Both were solid too. 4-5 stars when getting the pepperoni but I'll leave it at 4 with the supreme.“
“Ion know if I was hungry or what but this pizza right here was ? and its hard to please me with pizza cause they skimp on the double meats and Xtra sauce guess the bad they right one working and the cashier was lively and engaging during our qait“
“Actually, they were very busy. (Friday evening) Our pizza was hot n delicious. They helped me carry my order to the car cuz I had my 2year old with me and was having trouble managing. And they were busy. I thought that was so thoughtful!!“
“Baby let me tell you this is the best pizza place I have ever eaten at, not just the pizza is good. Lasagna good, meatball sandwich(REAL AND SEASONED MEATBALLS), BUFFALO CHICKEN SANDWICH awesome, THE BAYOU DIP IS AMAZING! Fresh ingredients and very friendly staff.“
