It's a small place but the sandwich I had was very good. It doesn't look like anything on the outside, but usually those type of places usually have great food. This one didn't disappoint. I had a fried shrimp sandwich. It was dressed as requested. Although I usually put ketchup on my seafood sandwiches, I ate this one without. If it tastes good without condiments then it rates excellent in my book. The lady that took my order was very nice. I will be going back to try other food...read full review
This is a very old and very "hole in he wall" type place. But I had an oyster po-boy and it was Devine! In stead of fries, I had a side is fried okra. It was just as delish. It's located at Homestead and Veterans and may take you a bit to search, but worth every bite!

The service was great in terms of friendliness and time it took to prepare. The establishment itself is reminiscent of times gone by . . . small and unassuming. It is outdated overall but I think it works and gives it a different ambiance.I had a catfish po'boy. It was just okay. The catfish was a tad mushy -- I like it crispier. The french bread and "dressing" was good, however. I would not return.
