,,, once again I come to a location whereas I'm being forced to be a glutton to make a order from The Popeyes establishment. All I want to order is 2 individual spicy chicken tenders, to which the employees and manager suggest I do at the kiosk, which I cannot complete at the kiosk because there is not an option for individual pieces. The manager then touts her experience within the establishment upward of 20 to 30 years, most employers have never heard of the order and don't know that individual pieces can be ordered off of their menu, off of the second page of the order menu.... hmmmph.ZIP!

Terrible experience!! Ordered a 2 piece mixed chicken, spicy. I did NOT receive what I ordered. I also ordered and paid for a 3 piece tender with a soda. I did NOT receive the soda. very disappointed. we will NOT return to this location

Location is to open at 10. Showed up at 10:05 and manager shook her head no at me thru drive thru window and proceeded with what she was doing. I tried waving to get her attention to ask how much longer and she completely ignored me. I beeped the horn just in case she didn’t see me waving to get her attention. She was standing 3 feet from window and proceeded to move along as if I wasn’t a paying customer sitting there. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. All I wanted to know was how much longer we needed to wait. She wouldn’t give me the time of day. Owner of location needs to consider the customer service provided by manager as there are other bad reviews on her. In future, I will avoid this location and go to another even if it’s out of my way.
Ordered chicken wings with roasted garlic Parmesan topping and small cole slaw. Was charged $9.49 - so $3.50 for cole slaw!! Wings were terrible! Not 6 complete wings - 6 half wings so 3 complete wings. Bite into and inside red. Threw them away - uneditable.

These people mess up EVERY TIME I order plain wings. Like; I get it, you’re trying your hype and push these crazy flavors, but when I say plain, it means, dry, no sauce. Every SINGLE time I have to go back and then GO IN to get it corrected. This is pathetic!

The manager on duty rude. From the moment I walked in she looked as if she didn't want to be there. The cashier asked several times for assistance before she even responded. Still never came to see what was wrong. The cashier kept apologizing because she was not sure what the problem was. Finally the manager comes over to help she no help. I was told if I didn't like the service to leave and I left with no food.
