The server was wonderful and attentive. I ordered the herb crusted salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus. I didn't like the asparagus, it was very skinny and only 3 of them. My daughters ordered the Korean chicken with rice. I liked that dish ,it was spicy and good. The Spanish dip and chips was good also. I got the white chocolate raspberry truffle and my daughter got the salted Caramel cheesecake. My cheesecake was good. The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was big. This was horrible from start to finish. We arrived around 10 so that we could finish up before close to make it easier for everyone. The hostess said there was a 10-15 minute wait so we decided to go to the bar to make things easier for her as far as seating. It took around 10 minutes for the bartender with a full tattoo sleeve and a hair clip to even acknowledge us. She was too busy chatting with other servers and talking about how she was “ready to go home”. Another set of guests left a few minutes after we got our drinks and there was clearly no communication as they brought out the food and the previous bartender said give it to me they left. She kept eating and talking loudly about how she was ready to go. We ordered the Chicken and Avocado club and the Chicken Bellagio . Both came out cold after waiting half an hour. When we asked to talk to a manager she offered to remake it but it was already 11 so we just wanted to do our bartender a favor and leave like she wanted. The manager only took off the bellagio. Definitely wouldn’t come back. Service staff shouldn’t be talking about how they’re ready to leave an hour before close in earshot of customers. We asked what their tip out was to the other bartender with bangs and she said 1% so we left 2 dollars to cover their tip out to support staff and left.

Second (and last) time Cheesecake Factory did me wrong!First time: Me & my husband ordered salmon. Spoiled salmon came to our table with an odor.Second (and final) time: I order a Thai Lettuce Wrap w/Chicken. One chicken strip was delivered, which was cut into three tiny pieces.THIS, was the final straw with this place! Never will, I ever patronize it again.

All of our food was cold! Which was strange cause how?? It came straight from the kitchen, we sat near the kitchen, and there was probably 3 other tables here way before us. Food took a good minute to come out cold. Pasta was under-done, super hard, not edible. Paid about $27/dish. I don’t think we’ll come back for anything else other than cheesecake. Service was good though, the waitress so on point.

Worst dining experience I have ever had. Burgers came back raw, steak Diane was over done, waited 20+ minutes for a martini, waiter didn’t get us refills until asked and the manager just worried about us filing an incident report. My mother felt sick and we had to go find the waiter so we could leave. Don’t eat here unless you want food poisoning. They keep it really dark so you can’t see the poor quality of the food. Not worth the 120$+ ticket for 4 people.

I went with my husband to have a quiet dinner because we love this place… I had pasta which was inedible. Al dente is an understatement! The pasta wasn’t cooked at all! The waitress was very rude to us when we told her the problem. This was the worst experience we have ever had here! The manager was accommodating and took care of the problem and my husbands salmon was delicious but the waitress definitely killed it for me!!

The service was horrible. We sat down at 7:30 and did not receive our cheesecakes until we got up to see what was going on. She brought the ticket before we even got the food. We got the cheesecake to go because we waited a whole hour. The cheesecakes were excellent, service horrible.

First..this was my first time dining in at this restaurant and i was extremely reluctant to dine..I will never return again...The entire experience was an atrocityNOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE1. They wanted to seat us at a small table that wobbled..first indicator of no attention to details.2. The server was horrible..Not sure who served us but she was horrible, here is why?3. Food was at room temperature.Beans were cold..wife food was poorly seasonedServer would have known if she had done a quality check on the meal in the beginning..I was at the end of my meal before she decided to briefly ask was everything okay..Nothing was okay, it was a horrible experience..4. Ice literally melted while waiting for our meal.5. Not sure what was worst, the horrible service or being bitten by the knats that lined the window seal or feeling of nausea from the food with lukewarm rice, room temp beans6. No team work, we had a dirty dish on our table, another server looked directly at it and continued on his miserable way.You see when mediocrity becomes the standard just showing upis impressive. I really don’t know how to rate this. I just witness something I shouldn’t have seen. A waitress just served like 15 people at a table near me she gave all of us excellent service even their table the restaurant was busy and she still did an outstanding job. At the end of their dinner they found the smallest things to complain about and I overheard the young lady gratuity was taken off I can’t believe management didn’t have that young lady back. CHEESECAKE I’m a customer and I’m telling you WE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT she deserved her money.
