I placed an order a week in advance for my son’s birthday cake. The day of pickup, the order was still showing as “preparing” even though it should have been done that morning. I tried to get in touch with the bakery, but there was no answer. After chatting with customer service, I was told that my only option was to cancel the order and re-order it. I'd rather get hit with a bag of hot nickels than have to come here.It'sworth paying 10% more across the street @ Walgreen's to avoid coming here.This place never ceases to amaze me...and piss me off!
