Second time at this store. Three employees working and only 2 prepping. 13 people standing in line and I left aft 15 minutes waiting. Four other people walked out as well. It’s a shame to have a business that people want to pour money in because the foods not fried. Unfortunately the manager here is not handling their business and it’s poorly ran. What a waste!!

Possibly the worst subway I’ve ever been in. Work ethic = 0. Customer service = 0. Intelligence = 0. Watched them take literally 25 minutes to make 3 sandwiches (which they allegedly forgot about). One girl leaves in the middle of a rush (red box dye hair) the male working looked like he just rolled a bowl, and the other girl I kid you not took 5 minutes to put some ham on a 6” sandwich. I’d have stayed and waited, but the woman in front of me ordered 7 sandwiches, and it would probably have taken close to an hour + to get mine started. Y’all gotta do something. Y’all move into this nice new location, only to hire on a worthless crew. Do better.

I do love Subway. I don’t love however the way they are always out of things on their menu. It seems to be a systemic problem with Subway since it happens in almost every location I have visited over the years. It is literally my only complaint. Also, there have been many menu changes. It isn’t necessary. Just keep it simple and keep your options ready for your customers. It’s aggravating to go in wanting something and finding out it isn’t available. This usually happens with the bread options.

I don't know what happened with Subway leaving the EXXON gas station in Moss Bluff and moving to Dickey's BBQ, but we were not happy with our visit. The ingredients were as expected, stuffed and everything we ordered...BUT, the bread was awful. It was hard and the crust was dry. Every bite resulted in crumbs falling off the sandwich onto my plate and lap...not happy. How hard is it to serve fresh bread? Also, the survey printed on the ticket is not available for feedback - go figure.

I used the app and redeemed a free cookie which I didn't get and also paid $4 extra to double the meatballs on the sandwich which I also didn't get. Also, when I tried to tell the lady behind the counter about it, she literally turned around and took a few steps and started messing with her phone.

I’ve been coming here for a year now and it seems they have a new employee every week and doesn’t know how the proper techniques and I’m not one to usually write reviews because most are just unhappy people that look for stuff ti complain about but this time actual did it for me to write one. The worker was was sweating a lot with it dripping off his nose onto the sandwich paper getting close to our food and when you asked for condiments it was very sloppy and excessive made it unable to finish without wanting to throw up. Fell apart soon as we opened the wrappers and had zero napkins. If you want subway you’re better off making your own sandwich for half the price. They gave the audacity to make faces when you decline the tip screen…

Even though I was going to pay full price I was told I can't have LESS meat on my wrap. Make it make sense? Just throw the extra away maybe. Why would I be forced to eat it?!
