He had great things to say about Peggy's. I called in my order, and it was ready when they said it would be. Delicious pizza, good service. I will most certainly return next time I find myself overnighting in Natchitoches.”

“I visited Marie's for the first time while in Natchitoches for the 2025 Folk Festival. It's not much to look at, but the burger I got was the best I've had in a long time! A hand-formed, well-seasoned patty with fresh toppings and a tasty bun made for great burger experience. I can't resist onion rings, so I ordered those, too. They were fried to non-greasy perfection: golden and crunchy. The folks who waited on me were great: friendly and helpful.I think this will become my #1 stop on future trips to Natchitoches.”

I left my hat on the beach outside of the restaurant over a month ago.. I live in Shreveport so I had to call. I spoke with Shawn and hid it in the closet for me and I picked it up today! I couldn’t choose between strawberry or cream cheese so I got 1/2 strawberry and 1/2 cream cheese. As for the cake itself, well I obviously couldn’t wait to take a picture before I had a piece. “My husband and I have been wanting to try out SweetD’s for a long time; we had an opportunity to get lunch there today! We were not disappointed!!! The food is fantastic. I got a chicken salad croissant, tomato basil soup, and a Keto chocolate chip cookie. My husband got the broccoli salad. It was all delicious! FYI: The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the establishment is very clean! In my personal opinion, you won’t be disappointed on any level! We will definitely be going back!”

“Nice hidden gem in Natchitoches with good food, great fast service, and decent prices. The meat pies are delicious, the entrees are delicious, & even the kids meals are good. I also tried the red beans and rice and it was decent, but the cornbread that came with it was absolutely horrible. Still it was a very nice dining experience. Also, the bathrooms are very small so don't expect to go to the restroom as a group.”

“My friends and I always ate at steak and shake everywhere we saw one. Esp in Branson Missouri. They had 2 there. I wish they would get a lot of them in Louisiana . I was so shocked to see rhis one in Natchitoches La at the college. Haven't tried it yet. Didn't know if the public could eat there or not. “The ER was very caring and compassionate. When my brother was moved to ICU the staff was excellent. There was one precious nurse named Amber that was an angel. She was so sweet, caring and took such wonderful care of my brother. I just want to thank all of them for everything they did. They went above and beyond for my brother. 10/10! Highly recommend!”
