The man cashier is a true asset to this location. He has excellent customer service, and he took his job very seriously. He was washing the food trays, washing tables, sweeping the floors and paying attention to the counter, and immediately going to attend to the customer. I wish I knew his name. He's an exceptional employee.
I always stop in this Dairy Queen, when I leave Natchitoches. I've been here multiple times, and whenever I visit, it's always the cleanest, friendliest, most affordable option, with the greatest service, kindest employees, and phenomenal food. This Dairy Queen should be the model of all Dairy Queen restaurants (and every other fast food establishment) nationwide. My husband and I love Dairy Queen blizzards preferably strawberry dipped. Today we opted to dine in here for lunch wanting our blizzard. We were served by Tycionna R shortly after noontime. We have traveled all over the United States and good customer service is hard to find. BUT not today Tycionna went above and beyond to give us excellent service and the best Strawberry Dipped Blizzard ever. Thank you Tycionna you make customer service what it should be.
