The food was delicious. I had the spicy southwest chicken sandwich and it did not disappoint. It was my first time having it. The chili was also good, along with the Caesar salad. The lemonade was also tasty. The overall service rocked, it started when I walked through the door. I was greeted by Shelby and my food was brought out by another person who was really informative. Everyone was friendly, the food was quick. The children’s menu was a larger price than expected for dine in, and it didn’t come with a cookie, though the menu said so. Overall really happy there are fresh food options in Natchitoches so they’re doing great. Just make sure your menu reflects what you’re getting.

I recently visited McAlister's Deli, and I had a fantastic experience! Jeremy, who took my order, is always incredibly friendly and attentive. He goes above and beyond, asking questions and engaging in conversation. The new manager is also doing a great job in ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly.Moreover, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch.
