This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too bathroom is so nasty and the dining area is also nasty with no type of paper towels somebody need to come and do a health check cause I can only imagine what the food look/taste like

Want to get the Las Vegas rude dining treatment without traveling? Then look no further. Total 100% rude and lazy management and employees. Serving cold food while talking trash about the customers loud enough for them to hear it in the dining area. Actively avoiding taking orders. Actively on their phones while customers are waiting on food. Actively being rude as possible. When will the owner put a stop to it? They do realize they're paying them to run the place in the ground don't they? It's the same as stealing, prompt paychecks for lackadaisical work at best. Please try and avoid both locations here. The one in town is just as bad if not worse than the I49 location

This place used to be good like 2 months ago. I walk in and there's no one up front at the registers. I have to to wait 5 minutes until I have to ask for someone to take my order. Then they will look at me and avoid me. While manager is there watching it happen. They took my order with an attitude like there doing me a favor. Then the workers pull thier phones out once they are done taking my order. They never have coffee and thier ice cream machine is always out. Then the food takes forever to come out and then you can here the workers talk about the customers in the back. By the time I get the food, it is cold. Don't bother coming here.

We didn't eat here because no one wanted to wait on anyone. Restrooms were dirty with no tp in ladies stall. Won't stop here again.

Ordered food only to wait 30 minutes with no meal delivered. Two customers behind us ended up getting their meals first, multiple bags each. No apology or checking in to see if they gave away meal to someone else. Like the ice cream machine, service was non-existent.

Went there to have breakfast. So I ordered two egg McMuffin sandwiches and I wanted to have a cup of coffee, oh sorry sir we don't have coffee, what No coffee ????. The truck that's supposed to I repeat between ( supposed to ) deliver the coffee may come later this week. May come! They should have coffee on hand at all times shame on you McDonald's America ?? runs on coffee apparently you don't know what that means???..

Didn't eat. The floor was sticky,the bathroom was filthy and had clothes on the floor. Also there there were some very loud customers literally running around the store with a couple employees encouraging them.
When we first got there all of the table chairs were put up so we thought they were closed. it was 7 pm. LAZY.I ordered a big mac with fries.There was a big hair in the fries.I sent it back and got new fries and found roach legs in my fries again. RUN. DO NOT GO HERE.
