TerribleWatched 15 orders taken and four were wrong resulting in customers going back to the counter. Two employees argued with a customer. Chicken was old and tough, but the beans and rice were great.No soap in bathroom. Dirty bathroom, food handling areas, and dirty drink dispenser.Avoid

This place was horrible Had to clean your own table that restaurant needs a very deep clean it really look like I should work
The girl on the intercom was one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. We were asked to wait at the intercom and about fifteen minutes later we said hello very kindly & she snapped at us. Whoever manages this location needs to do some serious basic human kindness training.

Customer service is horrible here!!!! While in the drive thru I had to repeat my order 3xs. When I got to the window I asked the cashier if she could repeat my order. That must’ve struck a nerve because she then rolled her eyes. After paying I asked if I could get my receipt and once again she rolls her eyes, hands me the receipt, and then tells me to pull up with an attitude. Before she walks away from the window she decides to just stare at me. I then go inside to wait on my food. As I get back in the car my husband checks the food and of course THE ORDER IS WRONG!!!! I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon but there was no cheese or bacon. The sandwich was sloppy. The order of wings didn’t have bbq sauce on it. Once we realized the order was incorrect I went inside to speak with a manger to get a refund. Ms.Chante whom was in the drive thru with the attitude decides to walk to the counter and discuss what was going on with the other staff members whom were sitting in the lobby. After receiving my refund I thanked them and and stated to have a blessed day. Shonte’ from the drive thru responds with the same statement but there was no need since there was attitude from the beginning. Usually when we would travel we would stop here with no problems, but today just wasn’t it.
