Good service, good sandwiches, nice alternative to all the unhealthy fast food places. It was freezing tho, need a jacket to sit & eat. Maybe they do that to get you to leave quickly?

Went in today to get something to eat, and they had a stainless steal shelf over the meat section and you couldn't see what you was getting. So I didn't get anything, and want be back. That's why I liked going their because you could see and ask for what ever you saw . But now there covered it all up. Just lost a customer.

I love subway but I went one day to place an order and the cashier informed me that they no longer accepts coupons and I asked why he stated because the company is losing money.

The food was good, that's not the point! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! No one greeted us as we entered, the waitress didn't even let us know it was time for us to place an order, just looked at us with bad attitude, and the cashier was very rude, she snatched my coupon out my hand and was very rude! Gave my son and I very poor experience as we dined in! She was more polite with the other race customers! I want to say in this day in age we should be beyond any stereotypes but yet here we are. Only one young lady was nice and she was the one of color,same race as us!
People working here were rude and looks like they don’t have any interest to work. They were literally throwing the topping on the pizza, sandwich and served burnt pizza.

If you go there to eat the food IS good but DON'T order sub platters for parties from here. I ordered 3 sub platters (1 with just turkey/cheese, 1 with turkey/cheese/lettuce/tomato, 1 with Ham/cheese/lettuce/tomato and I ordered a side container of onions). The girl on the phone read it back to me twice and even verified a second time that I wanted American cheese on ALL the platters. She informed me that they don't put mayo/mustard on the sandwiches because they send packets instead (which I was happy about). At the party we realized we had NO onions, there was NO cheese on 2 of the platters, and they had put mayo on 2 of the platters. And then to top it off we were charged $20 MORE than what I was told the total would be on the phone. I was so disappointed.

Food is what you expect from subway IF they have it in. Service was good from the 1 person that assisted however the other employee that was sitting at a table could have gotten up and assisted. Instead she yelled for someone in the back to come out and assist.
