This is Jakala. Jakala works at store #3278 in Natchitoches, LA. Jakala likes to play on her phone at work after being rude to customers. Jakala also does not believe in turning off her mike before telling her coworkers that customers are all "M-Fers." That comment could be heard by customers over the speaker on the drive thru. Jakala either needs retraining or termination. Do better Wendy's.

Absolutely a great place to stop in and grab some food to go or to sit. The cashier was an amazing guy very friendly. The food came out fast, correct and fresh. Thank you for making this rest stop for our 8 hour drive home a pleasant one. Great team

This right here was perfect. This location was doing everything right. Every single option on the soda machine was available,food was fresh,cashier was great and welcoming as well. It was perfectly clean as well.I can't tell you how long it's been since walking into a location like this one. Also there was a cook in the back that had a awesome Wendy's hoodie and I WANT IT. How can I get one?

And I proceed to say "A biggie bag please" and before I could finish and say "with a chicken sandwich" I got the rudest "well which one do you want?" So I said never-mind. Need to have some better customer service and whoever's the manager/owner there you should be ashamed of that cashier, great hire I sure as hell ain't comin back and I pray no one does either until yall get your act together.

I had a quick lunch here, ordering spicy chicken sandwich and chili. Both were served hot and fresh and order was ready fairly quick considering lunch crowd. A point deduction was applied as they were out of iced tea. Dining area was clean with all empty tables cleaned. One of my favorite fast food places so will return, despite the ever increasing cost.
