We left Ihop because of no service. At Whataburger, we were greeted cheerfully and with a smile. Our food was good, the restaurant was clean, the employees were friendly, the service was great and we were happy that we chose to go there.Dietary restrictions: I was able to order a hamburger without a bun. My order was perfect.
Texan here, this was a little disappointing. Reviews about slow service are definitely true. I was hoping after waiting for my food it would be good, but it was definitely subpar. I still enjoyed my meal, but the fancy new screens are about the only noteworthy thing at this location. Sad because I love Whata.

We waited more than 20 minutes for two Whataburgers and two fries when there were only three or four other customers in the place. After 15 minutes someone came out and asked if we received our food yet. It took another 5 minutes after that.
