Amazing experience from start to finish. Jenn was such a phenomenal server and Brian killed it behind the bar. The food was amazing. Not a single complaint.

We are at an education conference at the Hilton. Went to Frenchman Street last night for "authentic New Orleans cuisine" and most things came cold. Walked a few blocks from the hotel to a sublime dining experience here! Everyone from Joshua at the front door, welcomed us, to Claire at the bar who made perfect cocktails, and the best hot toddy I have had in New Orleans, to our waitresses, Jenn and Caitlin... Everything about this evening added up to a perfect last meal in NOLA! THANK YOU CHEF JOE!!!

They made an extra effort and honored the online reservation even though the place was full. The service and the food were exceptional.

I honestly wish I could give them 5 stars. The staff was truly great! The drinks were great! The food was good, just not quite 5 star good for the price. Would definitely come back though!

Great food. Good service. However, we had to wait for a long time for the food to arrive after we ordered. The atmosphere was nice. The place was overcrowded, probably because of the convention that took place near that area. The only thing that I didn’t like is the overprice of the food. If you don’t care about the price and just want to have a good meal, this is a nice place to have lunch and dinner.

Food was good, but small portions and very pricy!!! Had two waitress and friendly, but they were not on the same page with waiting on us. We just stopped in for drinks and apps. Spend $40 a person.

Visitor in N.O. Best food hands down I've found, if you like unique and different. Serving staff went above and beyond to be helpful but not intrusive. Highly recommend.

My photos are horrible but the food was very good! This was my first visit to NOLA and my first meal here. We were a party of 6 and everyone said it was the perfect "taste of New Orleans"! The pork chop had some heat but my friend said it was very tasty. The burger was Wagu so ...delicious. The smoked shrimp she said was fantastic. The only item that was not good was the chicken. It was very dry. Everyone loved their cocktails and dessert of course. Our waiter was really fun and very accommodating...he only works once a week so some of the items he was not sure about but he got the answers and was very attentive. The ambiance was comfortable but pretty loud. It was hard to hear everyone at our table but if you were at a smaller table it probably is fine. All in all we had a great time and are pleased with our meal and most of all the service

We ate at the bar once, and went back twice for cocktails during our five night stay. Claire, Tessa and crew at the bar, were amazing!

This establishment ruined my husband’s graduation dinner last weekend! He received his Doctorates which is a one in a lifetime event. I called a month ago to make a reservation for 19 people they took my credit card number and said that they would charge $25 per reservation to hold a table for us and I was OK with that. When we arrived, there was another graduation party, apparently at our table, preparing to dine and celebrate. We arrived with a party of 19 with my father-in-law being in a wheelchair and after all the coordinating to get there from the graduation hungry and we were told that the person that captured my phone number apparently wrote it down wrong and they weren’t able to reach me to confirm.I called them two hours before and the guy mentioned that he had two tables but he didn’t tell me at the time that they weren’t together so that’s all they could offer us.I would not be as upset if he was more compassionate to their mistake and situation. He had plenty of time to provide two tables together but instead someone was dining at a table between the two why would we want to sit two different locations of the restaurant, if we are all trying to celebrate. he was not accommodating he was basically stating that all they had, and that’s all he could do because they wrote my phone number down incorrectly.1. I provided my credit card number they could’ve waited until 7 o’clock which was our reservation time and gave us a 15 minute grace period and then charged my card for the $500 for all of us and then they could’ve allowed others to come in and sit.2. It’s very evident they provided accommodations for another party with no regards to the fact that they knew they made a commitment to my family with my credit card number.3. I’m on LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. with my area code being from Dallas it seems like someone would have made an attempt to reach out to me.4. Customer service means everything to people in situations like this, I would have offered complimentary dinner to the two people that were dining at the table between the two tables and asked them to move )they only had water and had not started eating ) or I would’ve made some type of attempt to make things work for the customer if my staff made an error.5. Not once did he take accountability or even apologize for the error. We left and we were outside trying to figure out what we could do and he did not step outside to accommodate so apparently they wanted us to leave and didn’t want our business or maybe he just didn’t care.Pretty sad that we trusted Galliano to help us celebrate this occasion. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else!We all had to split up and just get food where we could on a Saturday night.Shame on Gallianos and to the guy that was there last Saturday night March 2nd !!
