One of the best seafood festivals in the country! Parking is fairly easy. The festival grounds are well kept. The pavilion was the cooking pavilion for the festival. ATM machines available for cash only food and drink purchases. Bring an umbrella if you want to sit close to the stage. Picnic chairs work great near the tree line and are closer to the food booths. Overall a great way to spend time with the family. #louisianaseafoodfestival #nola

This is a fabulous Festival, offering endless booths of original Seafood dishes and continuous original music from local bands. I deduct 1 star ONLY because it was dangerously hot out and there were not nearly enough tents for people to find shade. Only one-tenth head very tiny misters. THE DEAL: upgrade to the VIP passes and stay cool with air conditioning. Totally worth it!
