Simply incredible. Flavorful everything!! The appetizer wing to the fried chicken to the Mac n cheese and Cornish hen (fried also). Just ridiculously great flavor.

Steak was absolutely nothing to write home about, and not quite cooked to order. Caesar salad was terrible. Fried oysters were pretty dang good honestly. Gumbo was trash, it would have been fine but the shrimp were severely overcooked and that and the crab did. It taste fresh at all, the sausage in it is garbage. It's ugly inside, but that's just personal preference I guess. Bloody Mary was super uninspiring. And in a completely empty restaraunt except for one other table, they sat us directly next to that table, it was jammed too close and uncomfortable for both parties. Avoid.

I was excited to try this place for date night however we left disappointed. First off the service was terrible. We never received any bread or the appetizer we ordered. Our steak was served lukewarm and my side of asparagus was cold. I had asked my server 2x for a refill he took the cup and never returned with the drink. I am unsure if he was inexperienced or just having a bad night. I will say the ambience was nice. I had high expectations for this place considering we love the place next door but this was a NO for us.

The appetizers, the steak and the drinks were top tier. Our service was awesome. The server was very attentive, suggested different things. And, made our party of 4 feel like priority. Highly

I enjoyed the restaurant but…. The stuffed shrimp we good but a bit over cooked. The Mac and cheese was terrible mushy appeared to be spaghetti noodles not elbow. Carrot soufflé - absolutely delicious and the dressing was fantastic. You have to have the bowowow juice. My waiter was terrible too but in the end I adjusted to his nonchalant attitude When I asked what he suggest - he said he doesn’t do that. I laughed his comment off as mean old man. It was funny but… still a little disenchanting consider southern hospitality. One of the other waiters help me with food selection-friendly young guy. I did not like the banana pudding- it was a large serving- firm -blah.

Went for my birthday weekend. Was OK. The cafe next door looked like it was more appealing, atmosphere and menu wise. Was overall ok. Would probably go next door before I return.

Let`s start with the good the food here is the best everything I ate was beyond expectations only thing food wise I didn't like was they didn't have jambalaya on the menu :( . Now to the bad if your looking for customer service of any kind this isn't the place for you. the staff seem for the most part unhappy to be there. very disengaged and rude to the point it makes the place unenjoyable and very uncomfortable just get your food togo I'm sure you'll enjoy that better

Excellent food and friendly staff and clientele. The best meal we had in New Orleans. Eat here and you will not be disappointed.
This spot is a cool little hangout. The drinks were good & the food was better. The Blackened Redfish was TASTY! I truly enjoyed the vibe of this place. The music being played was nice, but just a bit too loud or I would have rated this 5-stars.

We headed to Neyow's based on a suggestion by our Uber driver when we said we wanted some good oysters and gumbo. This place did not disappoint!!! We got our oysters and gumbo as well as the crawfish balls and all items were fantastic! Neyow's has all the comfort foods of the south too! Fried chicken, fried catfish, bread pudding, po'boys, salads, ribs, seafood, pastas... ALL OF IT! This place is not in the French Quarter and is a bit outside of the Garden District but definitely worth the trip if you're craving some amazing southern cuisine. Oh, and the atmosphere - 90's R&B! ❤️??

We were a party of 30 and our server handled us with perfection. All orders were submitted and executed excellently. The food was hot and fresh when it arrived. Considering the place was packed on a Saturday night and the size of our party it didn’t take long for the food to arrive. We ordered an array of items. Red beans and rice fried pork chop fried chicken fried shrimp burgers wings gumbo and ribeye steak. A unexpected standout was the carrot soufflé. The char grilled oysters and barbq shrimp were excellent too.

Eh. “Fine Dining” is a bit of a reach. We ended up here because we couldn’t get a table next door at Neyow’s Creole Café. Our server, Salvatore, which wasn’t really his name but it’s something similar - he was really nice. Their bread is served warm and is sooooo good. The entrees and sides were just okay though. The lamb chops are really small. The restaurant is narrow. There’s a single bathroom so we tried to enjoy our “fine dining” at our wobbly table placed up against a wall all while a line was forming just behind us for the restroom where we could hear the toilet flushing. To top it off, we dodged a family of big a** rats living in the alley right next to the restaurant as we were waiting for our Uber. The alley looked to be filled with junk/restaurant equipment possibly from Neyow’s. If they cleared that alley way then maybe it’d help get rid of the rats. I wouldn’t go back here because it wasn’t worth what we spent. The service nor the food meet the standard of fine dining. Sad to say.
