Everything here was fire. We got fried oysters, salad (mostly cheese which usually turns me off but it was good af), corn babies, crudo and boudin (sauce was a bit too sweet w the boudin).

Expensive for what you eat. I didn't like that they put 20% tip included on the bill and then they put TIPS again so you can add. They also ask you for tips having already added the freebies and taxes. And eating at the bar….Feeling of going for your money above all. Good food but little. Nice place and good atmosphere.

My husband and I LOVE this place. We live a couple of blocks away and eat here as often as we can without making it seem like we’re stalkers. So I have to say when I came in I had no idea what to expect. I went solely off reviews and it did not disappoint. The food is incredible! The butter beans are a must! The staff was amazing and accommodating and it was truly a great experience overall. A must when you’re in New Orleans!

What we ate of the food was good but noticed there was a rat running around under our table and the tables around us. I got up to talk to one of the employees and informed her, she didn't seem like it was something to be worried about. I told our waitress and her response was "I'm sorry but I'm not going to catch it..." We were waiting on our check which they comped our two drinks but none of the food and the server automatically added a 30% gratuity to our bill. I pointed the rat our to her when she came to pick up our check and her response was a very sarcastic, "alright, alright..." We couldn't get out of there fast enough

A nice change of pace from all the restaurants in and near the quarter where menus are all nearly the same and you either have extremely fancy restaurants or pitstops for drunk people who need food asap. PalmandPine offers a fun thought out menu in a contemporary setting full of color. Great service and lovely staff.

Everything about our experience was 10stars. Our reservation was for chef’s counter, we had the pleasure of having Sam as our server and from the get go we felt valued as guests. I’m allergic to shellfish and cinnamon and when we sat our server came up with a marked menu to let me know what was safe. The food that came before us was from another world we cannot stop raving about it. The entire kitchen from the Chef Pedro to the entire staff was beyond phenomenal to make this milestone birthday an unforgettable experience. Thank you guys so much I can’t wait to come back. The birthday desserts were timeless from the cheesecakes to the birthday pie. Hands down you do yourself a disservice by not visiting this spot during your time in NOLA.
Kitchen was great. Manager and service was not. We told our server about a dislike for cilantro (tastes like soap thing) and ordered. One of the things we ordered had a lot of cilantro in it. Manager comes over and tells us we should have told the server about cilantro, we said we did. She responded with “this is a good learning moment then”, and proceeded to charge us for that dish anyway.Thanks. Looking over the reviews, I can see this sort of response is the norm here.
