Our Waiter was Alexander and he was wonderful!!! We had allergies at the table and he made sure we were taken care of. The food was great! I had Lamb chops and Ruth’s chopped salad. My kiddo had grilled chicken and broccoli. He’s a picky eater but dived right in.

Went here for my birthday. The pkace was busy! But the manager made sure our service was impeccable. We were comped our drinks and dessert. The creme bruleè was delicious, the bread pudding was even better! Their food is always fresh and seasoned.
Alexander was a wonderful server. He made us feel right at home. He was great at everything he did. He is very knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and a pleasure to be our waiter. Thank you so much Alexander for serving us.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free!
Food is delicious. Service is fast and friendly. I would most definitely come back. My favorite is the lamb chops and lobster Mac & Cheese. The cheese cake love it.Parking: Parking is very convenient and free
The waitress was very professional and attentive. However, the food was definitely not as good as it could have been for the money. The quality was not what I expected. No one in the party enjoyed the food. The atmosphere is good for gathering for social events. Would I go again. Absolutely not. I don't mind paying if the quality of the food is good. But 14 bucks for the potatoes to taste instant, I don't recommend.

Instead of dining in I decided to place an order to go. When I received my order the hosts advised there's no silverware. If I would've known this prior to placing my orders I would've purchased something that didn't require silverware or go to another restaurant When I asked to speak with the manager another hostess graciously said she'll try another restaurant next door. When she returned she was able to locate some silverware. I said thank you so much and the hostess literally threw the silverware in my bag. Great customer service Ruth Chris. I would strongly suggest properly retraining your staff.

OK y’all. NOLA born. I used to love this place. I remember the original. The last few times. Steak was awful. It’s a STEAK house. Food 2 out of 5 at best. Last time. I gave them one more chance. Service was worse. Hit in the face at the door. No hats in the dining room. OK. Baseball caps I get. But ladies dress hats? Its not on your online presence. Stoney stare. It’s a NOLA after church thing. NO. They’re NOT worth it. I’m done. My hat and me. Don’t waste your time. Go to the one in Baton Rouge. It’s the real deal. This ain’t even close. Go to Dickie Brennan’s Steakhouse. They gotcha. And they love ladies and their hats

Joe B. went above and beyond to ensure we had the greatest experience he made great suggestions on food options and even gave us information on how to experience the city to the maximum. Luckily when we went it wasn’t busy and we didn’t wait long to be seated.
