Very loud. Waves of cold air from the HVAC system that management said they’re aware of it but there’s nothing they can do. Service was slow. Mashed potatoes were cold. We found out restaurant brand was bought by Darden, which explains a lot, except for the fact that we were given a cold baguette instead of cheddar Bay biscuits.
Today, everything was on point. We sat in the bar area, and our bartenders Rasheed and Amber gave the best service ever. They were well engaged with all of the guests and did their best to make sure everyone was well taken care of. Chef Teddy....he was one of the best. He came out to our table and checked to make sure we were satisfied with the food and the service. Happy hour was definitely a happy hour!!!

We had THE BEST experience at the Ruth Chris in New Orleans. Chef Teddy made sure my wife and I were taken care of to the max. The filet was outrageously delicious and the crab cakes were YUM! Our server Rashid (hope I am spelling that correctly) took good care of us too. Thank you for making our last night in town so spectacular.
