Food was good but service is a little to slow for my tastes.

Went to the bar to ask if I could get an iced coffee like it says they serve on the menu, and the bartender told me go across the lobby because there’s “a whole coffee shop” And btw they didn’t have any iced coffee and that’s why I went to go get it from here. and then he proceeded to tell me they don’t have ice coffee By the bar. He was extremely rude about it and a couple that came up to the bar was looking to get food and he said “y’all can find a table “, like I understand he may have been flustered from the day but this was just ridiculous and I’ve never experienced such rude service in my life. Definitely will not be back. I’m a server and I would never talk to my costumers like that.

Really delicious food. Had their barbecued ribs, coleslaw and baked beans. Very good. Shared a piece of pecan pie. Generally it's too sweet, this was just right.

This place was crap! We waited and hour for our food and then it wasn't that good. The people we was with found a long black hair in their food and one food was raw! Took waitress 45 min to bring ticket and it was wrong. Took another 30 minutes to get it back to us wrong for the second time. Had to call manger over which was no help. We had to add our own tickets and pay with cash and walk out. NEVER EAT HERE!!!

OK location(ground floor of DoubleTree Hotel), about mile away from French Quarter. We decide to have a breakfast here and my wife took their buffet with oat meal, yoghurt, fruits, granola etc. and I took Shrimp & Grits Acadian. Nothing wrong with the food, but place was real crowded and noisy and despite our waitress did everything she could, it took too long to have our table cleaned, coffee served and have my food. Interior wasn't that cozy, so in a city where are dozens/hundreds of choices, maybe it's better to move on...

We sat at our table nearly 10 minutes before our server stopped by to take our drink order. Then we sat another 20 minutes before he remembered we were there. We placed our food order, reminded him of our drinks. Service improved after that, food was delicious, prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was vibrant.

Love the food but the service is painfully slow. Took around 20 min to get glasses of water and the food was MUCH longer. We were there right at an hour before receiving entres. Place almost empty. Not busy at all. This is the 2nd time this happened. We were very disappointed initially but I will say the manager made a great effort to make things better.

Popped in here for a cup of coffee and ended up having a Bloody Mary and some gumbo. I was very pleasantly surprised how tasty both were. We sat at the bar and the bartender couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. Loved theirs it sauce too. Ignore the bad reviews and give it a try!

I got a house salad with chicken and i was a little sketched out looking at the reviews, but it was decent, i wish that i had more ranch considering it wasn't very flavorful. the place is poorly designed and it took a long time for the food to come out. prices were good but not what i was hoping for

They got it all wrong. Messed the order up twice. Drinks were not good and we spotted not one but two rats ??

Michael the manager and Seth were amazing. Great hidden gem in the Doubletree hotel in downtown NOLA. Food was good and very prompt!

If you're in New Orleans and having a meal here, you're doing it wrong. Even if you're staying at the hotel, walk a few minutes in any direction to find significantly better food, at a better price. Essentially truck stop food.

This had to be one of the worse dining experiences. My wife wanted to dine there thinking it was like the one she used to dine in located in Houma, which she enjoyed. Well, there is no question why this place has such an overall low star rating. The food was cold and had no flavor. The service (Seth) was non existent. We had to flag him down to have an order corrected that was wrong, refills, the check. He was an order taker at best and had idea how to deliver a dining experience. There were other guests flagging there server down as well. There were 3 tables at the time and two servers were both performing the same. The food took 30 mins, again there were three tables, two which had already rec'd their food when we arrived. The management needs to be addressed to allow such poor dining experiences from food to service. Dined 12.13.19 for dinner
