The BEST boudin! Don't be fooled by the other little shacks around Henderson, this is the place you want to go to for boudin, sausage, crawfish pies, cracklin, and fried boudin balls.
I buy cracklins and boudin balls every so often from the Henderson location. Most of the time, the food is great. However, I went by today and bought over $20.00 of cracklins and they were very stale. So very disappointed…
