Went inside, sat down, ordered and paid thru app, which went fine so far. But instead of bringing the food to the table, like the app told me they wood, they announced the table number for me to pick up the food at the counter (and then we probably didn’t hear it the first time, since it was a while until we got our food). I have no problem picking up the food from the counter, but please let me know if you don’t bring it to the table.

Waited 20 mins in the drive thru that was closest to the front door. Everyone behind us was getting their orders ( over 20 people) they forgot our fries we waited and told 2 different employees. I finally just drove off. All we had ordered was 10pc nugget fries and a vanilla milkshake. The customer service was horrific and the food was cold.

I usually don’t have issues with this location. The last time I visited I was givin an attitude by the cashier because I was wrung up wrong. This morning I ordered ahead 2 mocha iced coffees went thru the drive thru had to pull up and wait which is usual so I wasn’t really upset until I was brought the CARAMEL COFFEES I told her and she brought the second remakes STILL WITH CAREMEL I had to get out my car and go inside with my receipt for them to not add caremel to my coffees when I ordered ahead so all they had to do was look and see there was ZERO MENTION of caremel. Only added vanilla!

The location needs a teal manager. The children taking orders in the drive through are extremly rude. They need to learn buisness etiquette. When they are taking orders listen instead of keep asking is that it? Is that it? Is that it? After being anoyed they get the order wrong. I am done with this McDonalds. So just a recap. Rude little brats taking orders, they do not listen to the order, and i have to keed comeing back for so they can fix my order!
