“After a negative experience at Commodore's Pizza, we came here instead, and I'm glad we did. This place is amazing. The staff is hard working and very friendly. The atmosphere is very cool and comfortable. The prices are very reasonable, and the food is amazing. This was probably the best pizza I've ever had. Definitely coming back the next time I'm in Hammond. Cannot recommend this place enough.“

“The food was so good !!! The ravioli carbonara with grilled shrimp YUMMY !!! The salad was delicious, the chicken Parmesan couldn't get enough ... And our waiter RYAN was FABULOUS !!! He didn't miss a step serving all of us , very attentive to our needs & our craziness I'm very grateful & Thankful he was our waiter ... Angel“

“Super nice staff and the food is great. I had the flautas and there's so much food and so tasty. My husband had the carnitas and it was great also. A little to much onions but that's just not our preference. Such a blessing to have a good "sit down" restaurant in our town that caters to those of us that want something more than a burger and fries.“

“Going to have to try more of the food here, walked in as they opened and got absolutely no attitude. Only smiling faces and great service. 4 stars on food because the birria tacos have super flimsy tortillas but other than that everything was great!“

“La Carreta has been a staple in Ponchatoula and Hammond for some time and their food is always hot and delicious. They are able to accommodate our family of 8 and their service is always excellent. I especially love when they have the live music as well!“
