The worker at the front stated that she was no longer taking orders in the store because her shift was over and the next shift employees hadn’t arrived. So she stood behind the register and directed people that came in to either order online or go through the drive thru. She was able to take orders but decided that was wouldn’t. Mind you this is at 4:30pm.

After waiting in drive through line for 15 min, I had to use bathroom. So chose to go inside. Which was another 15 min waiting with only 1 person taken care of…. And I was going to wait UNTIL I saw a guy fixing food in the back, stop, slowly walk outside, casually smoke his cigarette in front of the literal entry way, slowly walk back in, during a rush.I wouldn’t have cared BUT He left the sweet cashier to make and take orders to go smoke for 1.For 2 The reason I left is bc when he came inside he was scratching his dreads not under a net, but worse he straight up did not wash his hands and immediately Picked up something and started moving chicken around.I’m sorry but like no.So after wasting most of my lunch I left and felt the need to right a review.Cars piled up, people piled up inside and everyone is walking around slow, food looks nasty, no management (she’s washing dishes in the back). Just horrible. And this is the 2nd time I tried this place out. Gross. Horrible. Shameful

Please check your bank statements, they charged me twice for one order!I went on Wednesday and spent 20.99@4:47 pmWoke up on Thursday morning to another charge for the same amount charged at 8:47 am they not even open then..They don’t answer the phone but this will be taken care of!

Waited in line for 25 minutes after mobile ordering. My husband and I think popeyes has the best chicken sandwich but these were so dry, old and the bun just flaked away, this was the worst chicken sandwich we have ever had. Fries were cold, Pretty sure our food was sitting in the bag for the 25 minutes we waited in line.... Sweet tea was the only thing we finished.

30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. Blackened sandwich was excellent. The second one was wrong. Sisnot with to wait to have them fix the error.

The soft-spoken young lady cashier was as helpful as she could be. However, the girl- (just saying, because a lady wouldn't act so badly, or be so RudE) needs to find a job that 1 she doesn't have to work, or 2 deal with other humans. She needs to work at a dog pound. One that only caters to"female" dogs.Parking: The lot has deep broken concrete divets, and parking spaces are hard to acquire when the drivethru is full.

Some guy was standing on the counter putting up tvs while the restaurant was in operation then the crew never wiped the counter I spoke to manager he says so I requested a refund and left
