Albasha's has probably the best Greek/Lebanese food in the Prairieville/Gonzalez area, second only to Kamal's.If I can't eat at Kamal's, Albasha's is the way to go!
I live down the street and I absolutely love this place! Always fast and the service and staff always gets five stars! I just have one request. Can we not put the cold salad in the same styrofoam to go box as the hot rice? By the time I get home the yogurt dressing is hot and runny and the lettuce is steamed.

To start with, the prompt and attentive service actually couldn't have been better. That is what really stood out.The hummus and pita plate was excellent. In fact, the pita bread with other dishes was outstanding. The fried cheese in olive oil and stuff was unique and really quite good. I had the gyro plate and really the meat was a little too done, almost a crisp and was just okay.
